Job Description
What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities
1. End to end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels with in house team and vendor organization
2. Collaboration with the Category business teams to understand their marketing requirements and shape the Channel strategy accordingly
3. Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimize and report on performance.
4. Build processes to streamline Optimization, Campaign Management, Analytics activities for the channel portfolio
Design and execute a channel growth plan to expand the business aggressively.
5. Work with Digital Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels, are consistent and aligned.
6. Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize audience strategies.
7. Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
8. Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of proven expertise in managing and optimizing large and complex Google Ads + Bing search campaigns end-to-end, with at least 80% of time dedicated to Google Ads.
Experience in performance channels like display, Youtube and discovery.
In-depth understanding and experience in using more advanced Google Ads features/capabilities beyond just standard search ads.
Highly pro-active in terms of researching new features/strategies and coming up with suitable recommendations.
Excellent project management skills - ensuring all action items are on track
