Role Overview
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop media buying strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and account managers to improve campaign performance.
• Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely execution and optimization.
• Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets across multiple accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.
• Agency experience will be preferred.
Good to Have
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads.
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or landing page optimization.
• Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing.
