Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies and hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet ROI and KPI targets.
• Conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to improve campaign performance.
• Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Budget Management:
• Manage and allocate budgets across various campaigns to maximize performance.
• Ensure efficient and effective use of marketing spend to achieve business objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
• Generate regular reports detailing the performance of campaigns, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the content, creative, and development teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.
• Optimization:
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve the best possible results.
• Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
• Achievement of set ROI and KPI targets for all paid campaigns.
• Effective budget management and cost per acquisition (CPA) optimization.
• Increase in conversion rates and lead quality.
• Timely and accurate reporting on campaign performance.
• Successful implementation of new marketing strategies and tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, specifically in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Proven experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
