Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with
overall business objectives.
● Manage budgets and campaigns across paid search, social media advertising, display
advertising, and other relevant channels.
● Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify optimization
opportunities, and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
● Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to
improve campaign effectiveness.
● Stay up-to-date on the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to
ensure seamless campaign execution.
● Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance to
stakeholders.
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
● The candidate must be a sole contributor and a team player.
● Must have experience of handling a team.
● Proven track record of success in driving measurable results through digital marketing
campaigns.
● Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
and others (depending on industry).
● Excellent analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and data visualization
tools.
● Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
● A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital
marketing landscape.
