Job Description
Yogify is an early-stage startup dedicated to promoting holistic health practices and connecting individuals with wellness retreats and centers worldwide. The vision is to create a global community of wellness seekers and support them to live a holistically healthy lifestyle.
We've started with a simple website that offers a seamless booking experience, allowing users to discover and book transformative wellness experiences, based on Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Naturopathy and other alternative medicines / healing practices. We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager to drive our partnerships activities and create a strong network of wellness centers and retreat owners globally.
Being predominantly an online platform, we intend to reach out to all such wellness centers in the world. The role would entail strategizing and implementing all actions related to global partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive growth and increase Yogify's online presence.
Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content, to support the overall marketing strategy.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance, using analytics and tracking tools to monitor key metrics and identify areas for optimization.
Continuously test and iterate on marketing campaigns, incorporating insights and learnings to improve results over time.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, including new channels, markets, and customer segments.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in performance marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams as appropriate.
Present regular updates and reports on marketing performance to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or search engine optimization (SEO), preferably in healthcare or wellness industry.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, able to work independently and take initiative to drive marketing activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external agency relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of marketing campaigns and activities.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet aggressive targets and deadlines.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms, as well as SEO best practices and tools.
Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.
Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in performance marketing.
B2B marketing experience is a plus.
