Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing performance marketing strategy to handle assigned D2C brands. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
1. Manage Ads dashboards across Facebook, Google and Linkedin
2. Launch and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, apps, and native channels
3. Work on multiple client ad accounts and client handling
4. Build a strategy to increase ROAS and improve revenue
5. Assume ownership and accountability for meeting monthly and quarterly targets and delivering reports to clients
6. Compare campaign metrics to benchmarks; analyze and report any variances
7. Coordinate with the design team for creative production
8. Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure campaign performance is efficient
Qualifications
• 1-2 years experience in performance marketing for e-commerce brands
• CTC - 1.5 - 2 LPA
• Agency experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
