We're looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and work on real campaigns for fast-growing D2C and e-commerce brands.

Role & Responsibilities
• Assist in managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Conduct audience and competitor research
• Help optimize campaigns for better ROAS and lead generation
• Track key metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Learn performance marketing strategies through hands-on experience

Requirements
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Course certification in Digital Marketing is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn and grow in performance marketing
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

Internship Stipend: ₹5k to 8k/month

For experienced candidates, salary will be decided based on skills, experience, and current market standards.
