Job Description
lPlan and execute performance marketing for Angara inmultiple international geographies.
lMeasure and report performance of all digitalmarketing campaigns, and assess against measurable goals (ROI and KPIs)
lManaging budgets and campaigns across paid digitalchannels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
lIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend andperformance based on the insights
lBrainstorm new and creative growth marketingstrategies.
lPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversiontests
lCoordinate with creative& content for ideation of concepts and copy-writing in line with theoverall brand strategy.
lIdeate, plan, and executecustomer engagement activities through social media platforms.
lAnalytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customerexperience across multiple channels and customer touch points
lEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thoughtleadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
lIdentifying and testing newchannels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
lWorking closely with the management to share funnelconversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
SKILLS
lProvenworking experience of 5-6 years in digital marketing
lHighly creative with experience in identifying targetaudiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
lPossessexcellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumerbehavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
lGood knowledge of different digital marketingchannels
lCriticalthinker and problem-solving skills
lGIAQ/Adsand other certification is plus
lMust possess a strong understanding of current onlinemarketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
lGoodinterpersonal and communication skills.
lExposure to international markets (UK/ AU/ CA/ EU/ GCC and others) is aplus
lExperience in the jewelryindustry is a plus
