Performance Marketing Expert

The Brand Tales is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and performance marketing. What You'll Do Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for multiple brands. Manage lead generation, conversion, retargeting, and awareness campaigns. Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance. Research audiences and develop effective targeting strategies. Optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights. Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, custom audiences, and retargeting. Analyze campaign reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns . Handle multiple client campaigns and work towards achieving their marketing objectives. Required Skills 2+ years of practical experience in Performance Marketing. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory. Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns. Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and analytics. Ability to understand campaign data and take performance-driven decisions. Google Ads knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. Agency/client-handling experience will be preferred.
