We are now looking to collaborate with an experienced Performance Marketing Expert on a project/freelance basis who can guide, mentor, and strengthen our internal team while overseeing and improving client campaign performance.
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for driving leads, sales, and ROI through data-backed advertising strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on numbers, experimentation, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Conduct audience research, funnel planning, and A/B testing to improve conversions.
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixels, and GA4.
• Provide clear performance reports and actionable insights to the internal team.
• Collaborate with creative teams to guide ad copies, creatives, and landing page optimization.
