Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads & Lead Generation) Ahmedabad

Location: Shyamal Area, Ahmedabad
About the Company :
Anantara Atelier is an interior design and architecture firm based in Ahmedabad, specializing in interior turnkey projects, architectural design, and end-to-end execution for residential and commercial spaces.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive high-quality leads and scale our digital presence.
Salary: Upto 4,00,000 LPA (based on skills & experience)
Eligibility :
• 1 year – 2 years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) - Preferred
• Basic understanding of lead generation funnels and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or CRM tools
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities :
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
• Generate high-quality leads for interior design and architecture services
• Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS) and continuously improve results
• Create and test ad creatives, copies, and targeting strategies
• Work closely with the design and sales team to align campaigns with business goals
• Manage lead funnels and ensure timely follow-ups
• Track and report campaign performance with actionable insights

Bonus Skills (Good to have) :
• Experience in real estate or interior design industry marketing
• Knowledge of Google Ads or other paid platforms
• Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
