Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Company specializing in helping brands scale through data-driven marketing strategies. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about paid advertising, campaign optimization, and delivering measurable business results.
Job Summary
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and generating quality leads while maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Create and manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, videos, and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure proper conversion tracking.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Tracking, and remarketing strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
Proven track record of generating leads, sales, and improving campaign performance.
