We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive



We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to join our team and drive growth through strategic, data-led marketing initiatives.



Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi

Experience: 1-3+ years

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Scale campaigns through audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management, and performance optimization.
Develop and execute SEO and content marketing strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
Create and optimise blogs, articles, and newsletters with performance and conversion goals in mind.
Execute LinkedIn outreach and support link-building initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and authority.
Contribute to brand strategy, campaign planning, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Track, analyze and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns.


Requirements

Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Linkedin.
Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation funnels.
Experience with analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.


Preferred

Experience working with D2C, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or premium brands.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
