Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
You will play a key role in driving traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI through paid campaigns and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital channels
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for reach, clicks, leads, conversions, ROAS, and customer acquisition
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and targeting strategy development
Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements
Create and test different ad creatives, copy, headlines, CTAs, and campaign formats
Work closely with the creative, content, and design team to develop high-performing ad assets
Set up and monitor Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, UTM tracking, and Google Analytics
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly / monthly performance reports
Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving conversion rates
Run A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign objectives
Support retargeting, remarketing, funnel strategy, and lead generation campaigns
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media / Digital Advertising
Strong hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager (preferred)
Good understanding of:
ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate
Funnel-based marketing and customer acquisition
Retargeting and audience segmentation
Experience in managing ad budgets and campaign scaling
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into action
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, D2C, or e-commerce brands is a strong plus
Knowledge of Shopify ads integration / e-commerce funnel optimization
Understanding of landing page performance and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Experience in lead generation campaigns and customer journey optimization
Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, or Looker Studio is an advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
