Performance Marketing Executive (Google Ads + Meta Ads + Snapchat Ads)

Job Description:
We are actively searching for a seasoned Performance Marketing Executive to conceptualize, implement, and oversee our organization's digital marketing initiatives. As a Performance Marketing Executive at Digital GK, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, fostering engagement, and ensuring customer retention through diverse digital channels. Your responsibilities will also include the analysis of data and market trends, allowing for the fine-tuning of marketing campaigns when necessary.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management & Consultation:
- Provide expert guidance on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube for our esteemed e-commerce clients.
- Skillfully navigate and address delicate situations with finesse.
2. Full Funnel Approach:
- In-depth knowledge of full funnel of an e-commerce website.
3. Large Scale Campaign Management:
- Manage large scale campaign planning execution, and optimization strategy for performance objectives
4. Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing executives and company founders to identify innovative avenues for scaling ad spend and overall business growth.
- Collaborate with founders in both planning new strategies and executing existing plans.
Team Management:
- Efficiently allocate clients within the team and conduct training sessions to ensure adherence to best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience (Agency background) with a degree/certification in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of the full funnel of an e-commerce website.
- Possession of Google & Facebook certifications.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in managing budgets exceeding 1 CR for marketing campaigns.
- Self-directed and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management and multitasking.
- Demonstrates astute business sense and analytical ability with excellent articulation skills.
