Job Description
We are looking for a performance marketing specialist who has a strong eye for detail, analytics, and patterns and has a proven track record of delivering great results for budgets of all sizes ranging from Rs 10,000 per month to Rs 10,00,000 per month.
Performance Marketing Specialist's Job Responsibilities:
• End-to-end ownership of campaign management on major paid channels like Google Search, Google Display, YouTube and Meta ads
• Identify strategies to focus on various objectives for clients across industries.
• Reduce spending, improve product visibility, growth, and positioning
• Launch online campaigns through paid channels to increase brand awareness.
• Strong understanding of funnels and their associated metrics.
• Strong understanding of conversion copywriting & and pattern-interrupt ads.
• Create weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
• Strong technical setup skills across channels including but not limited to pixels, event creation, analytics tracking and more.
Performance Marketing Executive's Qualifications / Skills:
• Problem solver, analytical, and has an eye for detail
• Should have solid written & and verbal communication skills and be comfortable interacting with multiple clients
• Should be organized, punctual and adhere to deadlines.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Minimum 1+ years of agency experience
• Prior Experience in entertainment preferred
• An entrepreneurial mindset and experience in setting up projects combined with a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to learn, explore and deploy various marketing initiatives.

Salary Range:
• Rs 4.5L to 7L per annum ( will depend on the experience, past track record and skills
