We are seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant to join the Pattern team. The role involves direct collaboration with the Australia team.
Job Requirement :
• Capable of building, optimising and reporting on Google Ads campaigns
• Experience within the Meta Ads platform (not as important but good to have)
• Experience with reporting tools (for example but not limited to Google Looker Studio, PowerBI or other)Basic Microsoft Excel skills for reporting or data analysis purposes
• Strong English language verbal and written skills which are crucial for reporting commentary
• Willing to work close to Australian hours (not exact hours needed but early starts would be required to ensure adequate crossover)
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role with a demonstrated track record of ability to manage campaigns
