We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing and Creative Agency Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, strategies, and performance of both our performance marketing agency and creative agency.
You will play a critical role in driving business growth, optimizing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of creative projects.
The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of performance marketing and creative processes, possesses strong leadership skills, and is adept at managing teams and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing Agency Management:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies focused on maximizing ROAS, ROI, CAC, and AOV.
Oversee digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, tracking and analyzing weekly metrics.
Monitor and optimize ROAS, ROI, CAC, and AOV on a weekly basis.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into strategies with the media agency for improved campaign performance and business growth.
2. Creative Agency Management:
Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, and art directors, to develop compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Collaborate with the product team to understand their creative needs and develop effective strategies with the creative team, tailored specifically for performance media platforms.
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets, including visually engaging designs, captivating copy, and impactful videos, optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Review and approve creative concepts, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and campaign objectives for each platform.
3. Content Writing
Oversee the content writing process for Facebook and Google Ads, ensuring the development of persuasive and engaging copy that resonates with the target audience.
4. Competition Analysis
Conduct thorough competition analysis for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, identifying strengths and weaknesses of competitors' creative strategies and campaigns.
5. Team and Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and vendors, acting as the main point of contact for performance marketing and creative initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as account management and analytics, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience (1+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
Basic knowledge of performance marketing channels, platforms, and strategies.
Experience managing creative teams and overseeing the production of visual and written content.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
