Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and monitor digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
Track key marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Manage keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, videos, and landing pages.
Improve website conversion rates and user experience.
Monitor competitors' digital marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
Plan monthly digital marketing calendars and campaign strategies.
Ensure proper tracking of all conversions using Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Conversion Tracking.
