Performance Marketer (Lead Generation)

Hiring: Performance Marketer (Lead Generation) 📍 Gurgaon 💰 ₹4.2–6 LPA We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to drive lead generation and bookings for Tickle Wickle (premium kids play & party experience brand). This is a core execution role focused on generating high-quality leads and conversions, not just running campaigns. Role: Run and optimise lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, PMax) and Meta Ads Drive high-quality leads for birthday bookings, events, and walk-ins Build and optimise funnels (ads → landing page → WhatsApp/call conversion) Improve CPL, lead quality, and conversion rates Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging across platforms Analyse performance data and scale what works Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (lead generation focus) Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (both mandatory) Proven ability to generate and scale high-quality leads Experience in lead-based businesses preferred Understanding of funnels, tracking, and conversion optimisation Strong execution and analytical mindset
