Job Description
Salary: 300K/Year - 800K/Year
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. You will manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms. Ideal candidates have a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and proven performance marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc. Develop ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages. Conduct A/B testing.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance. Generate detailed reports on key metrics. Provide actionable insights.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI. Track and report spending.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies. Stay updated with industry trends.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance, including keyword and audience targeting, implement remarketing strategies.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in media buying.
• Proven experience with Google and Facebook Ads.
• Proficient with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience working with an agency is a plus.

• Timings will be + am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Saturday and Sunday is holiday
• 30 minutes lunch break + 15 minutes tea break
