We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with experience scaling D2C fashion, jewelry, or accessories brands.

Responsibilities

Manage & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Improve ROAS through A/B testing and funnel optimization
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with creative teams for high-performing ad creatives
Track KPIs, budgets, Pixel/CAPI, and campaign performance
Stay updated with trends and competitor strategies
Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience in D2C performance marketing
Experience working with fashion/jewelry/accessories brands
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics & Pixel/CAPI
Proven experience in improving ROAS & reducing CAC
Shopify knowledge is a plus
Analytical and creative mindset
