Job Description
We are looking for a performance marketer for a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad at Brim, as a performance marketer you will play a crucial role in driving digital advertising and marketing campaigns on platforms such as social media and Google. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance-focused strategies to maximize our clients' ROI while closely monitoring and optimizing campaign performance
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create and execute data-driven digital ad strategies on social media and Google Ads.
• Create and manage paid Ad campaigns, including ad copywriting, creative development, and audience targeting.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) for maximum efficiency and results.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience to create effective advertising strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve clients' goals and ROI targets.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
• Working Experience in Advertising and marketing agency is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media advertising platforms.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and achieve campaign objectives.
