Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Management Specialist located in Jaipur. The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and improving employee performance through appraisals, managing performance programs, and analyzing data to enhance overall workforce effectiveness. Tasks include preparing performance reports, providing feedback, and collaborating with management to develop strategies for performance improvement.
