Job Description:
LMDmax, a leading logistics and supply chain company, is seeking a detail-oriented Performance Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in monitoring and enhancing the performance of our US drivers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for performance metrics and a strong ability to implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and analyze the performance of US drivers, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to assess driver efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with drivers and management to address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize driver performance and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drivers.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Bachelors degree
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.
