This is a full time role for a Nutrition Sales position at Soulfuel. The role will involve daily tasks such as communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, and managing sales operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct assessment of client's nutritional needs and taking into consideration their lifestyle goals, dietary preference and medical conditions
2. Integrate and recommend nutritional supplements basis the requirement to complement health goals.
3. Solve product-related queries received from customers across channels.
4. Provide supplements guidance as per the requirements and send monthly reports internally
5. Develop technical marketing collaterals and provide technical expertise to solve queries with training and nutrition talks
6. Other cross-functional duties as assigned
7. Compiling all feedback for consultation and highlighting concerns/queries from customers monthly
8. Staying updated about recent research in nutrition and supplements industry
+. Upsell & cross sell company products to clients as per requirement.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes. Experience with Coupa Purchase Orders (PO) is a significant advantage. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements within the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements related to P2P, O2C, and RTR processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize the PeopleSoft FSCM modules to meet business needs.
• Support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements of PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of solutions.
• Provide functional expertise for Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchase orders, accounts payable, and vendor management.
• Optimize Order-to-Cash workflows, focusing on receivables, billing, and customer management.
• Streamline Record-to-Report processes, including general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Work with Coupa Purchase Order integration and functionality (if applicable).
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, providing ongoing support and training to end users.
• Prepare functional documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test scripts.
