As we continue to scale and evolve, we are looking for a People and Operations Manager to partner with our Executive and Senior Leadership teams to align our people strategy with business objectives, enhance operational excellence, and create a positive work environment.

Reporting to the Executive Manager People Culture, you will be a key member of the PC Leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to our business strategy, delivering and creating operational excellence and contemporary HR practices, along with ensuring we have the right culture to empower our people.

Your previous leadership experience will see your ongoing success in leading, mentoring and guiding a high performing team of PC Specialists and oversee key areas including business partnering, employee and industrial relations, payroll, and HR systems.

You will be a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, helping to navigate complex workforce issues and deliver tailored PC solutions that drive organisational success.
