Job Description

As an Associate you'll be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent, and support in developing innovative strategies to attract and retain the best talent.

Job Location : Saki Vihar, Chandivali, Mumbai
Reporting to : People Experience Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the requirements of the job.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Participate in campus recruitment to promote the company and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and hiring.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
