Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Pega Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications in accordance with business requirements.
Business Process Modeling: Analyze and model business processes using Pega's Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Solution Design: Create and document technical design specifications based on business needs, adhering to Pega best practices.
Pega Rules: Develop and configure Pega application rules, such as flows, activities, data transforms, and UIs.
Integration: Implement integrations with external systems and data sources using Pega's integration capabilities.
Case Management: Build and manage case management solutions using Pega's Case Lifecycle Management (CLM) framework.
Testing: Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of Pega applications.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks within Pega applications.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Pega applications, configurations, and customizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pega Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.
Proficiency in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) version X or later.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and design.
Experience with Pega's Smart BPM methodology.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Experience with Pega decisioning and customer engagement frameworks is a plus.
