Role Description The Job Title role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves supporting pre-engineered building projects through coordination with engineering and site teams, monitoring daily activities related to fabrication and erection, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The individual will assist in planning and scheduling work, maintaining project documentation, and communicating progress and issues to stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities may include reviewing drawings, collaborating with structural design experts, and helping optimize processes for timely and cost-effective project completion. The role requires active participation at the project site and close interaction with internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in Pre-Engineered Buildings or related structural works.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and basic structural design documentation.
• Experience or academic background in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering (diploma or degree preferred).
• Knowledge of quality and safety practices for on-site construction activities.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; familiarity with Auto cad, MS Office and project documentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Prior experience in PEB fabrication, erection, or site supervision will be an added advantage.
