• Monitor progress of account opening by customers (Branch & Aps)
• Most importantly assist customers technically as well as functionally in the end-to-end account opening process
• Prepare MIS and submit to management
• Likewise, Find the gaps and bottlenecks in the system/process and coordinate with IT and various stakeholders for continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria for KYC Job for 10th pass in Goa
• Excellent communication skills (Local City Language, Hindi & English)
• Education required for Paytm Jobs near me Panaji: 10th Pass / Fail , 12th pass / fail and above.
• Understand end-to-end account opening process through Mobile.
• Experience in understanding and handling technical queries from customers of Panaji
