Job Responsibility (High Level)

1. Coordination with Client HR, Finance and Other Stakeholders to share the payroll and full & final settlement input data as per the payroll schedule

2. Coordination with client SPOC to upload, share complete single packet input to Ceridian team as per the schedule

3. Coordination with Ceridian team and obtain payroll output

4. Perform 1st level validation and arrange sign off from client SPOC and share with Ceridian team 5. Coordinate with Client Finance team to complete the monthly statutory remittance as per the timelines

6. Arrange compliance related data to be shared with Ceridian compliance team to complete the monthly fillings with Govt. Authorities

7. Responsible for all queries handling from employees on payroll, reimbursements, investment, web portal, compliance etc.

8. Conducting session to new hires on payroll ESS and timelines to complete the investment declarations etc.

+. Coordinating with Ceridian team for the invoicing and payments from Client team as per the payment terms

10. Supporting client SPOC for payroll related support on day to day operations
