Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Scheduler, based in Ahmedabad. The Patient Scheduler will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, coordinating with patients, verifying insurance details, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and providers. Additional responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with patient follow-up as necessary.
Qualifications
• Scheduling and organizational skills, including prior experience managing patient appointments and calendars.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and basic understanding of healthcare billing processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Familiarity with healthcare and patient management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, administrative, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
