Welcome to where beauty meets medicine. Sisu Clinic has 26 successful Doctor-led Aesthetic Clinics in Ireland, London and USA.
We specialise in age-prevention & restorative non-invasive treatments, including but not limited to; Botox, Dermal fillers, Skin boosters, Thread lifts, and more.
Founded in 2018 by Dr James Cotter and Dr Brian Cotter, along with serial entrepreneur Pat Phelan, Sisu Clinic is a purpose-driven organization that embraces the value of each one of its team members.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Patient Coordinator to join our busy and friendly team in Houston.

RESPOBSIBILITES:
Create a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and ensure a seamless 5 star check-in/check-out experience
Guide patients through their visit, coordinating effectively with injectors, and other team members
Maintain clinic cleanliness and support the smooth day to day operations of the clinic
Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
Handle a multi line phone system efficiently and courteously
Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint of their journey
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a medical clinic, beauty, or wellness environment is preferred
Familiarity with appointment booking systems is a plus (training provided if needed)
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Empathetic, sales driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Minimum of 2 years’ retail or customer facing experience
Dependable, punctual, and highly reliable
A collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail
