Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and professional Receptionist & Patient Care Executive to become the face of our Diabetes Care & Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to efficiently manage front office operations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Pleasing personality, Good communications and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of computer required.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
Guide patients regarding diabetes consultations, diagnostic investigations, blood tests, ECG, ultrasound, X-ray, and other healthcare services.
Maintain effective communication with patients before and after their visits.
Conduct follow-up calls and appointment reminders.
Support patient engagement and customer retention initiatives.
Manage front office records and maintain accurate patient information.
Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms.
Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, and diagnostic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Perform general administrative and computer-based tasks.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualities

Compassionate attitude and genuine concern for patient wellbeing.
Good general awareness and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of diabetes and diagnostic investigations is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet applications.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
Organized, punctual, sincere, and able to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with any of the following backgrounds will be given preference:
Nurse (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing)
Dietitian/Nutritionist
Diabetes Educator or Diabetes Counsellor
Medical Graduate or Allied Health Professional
Candidates with prior experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, or healthcare front office
Experience
1–3 years of experience in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, or diagnostic centre preferred.
Exceptional freshers with excellent communication skills and a healthcare background may also apply.
