Patient Coordinator & Front Desk Executive – Dental Clinic (Incentives + Growth)
LOCATION
Sion, Mumbai
ABOUT US
Dental Works is a modern aesthetic and preventive dental clinic focused on pain-free treatments, smile designing, and advanced 3D technology.
We are looking for someone who is not just a receptionist—but the face, voice, and conversion expert of our clinic.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role combines front desk management + patient coordination + treatment conversion.
If you are confident, presentable, and enjoy interacting with people—this role has high growth potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle patient calls, WhatsApp inquiries & walk-ins
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Explain treatments, pricing & EMI options confidently
Convert consultations into booked treatments
Follow up with pending patients (very important)
Coordinate smoothly with doctors and assistants
Maintain patient records using clinic software
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, clinic software)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
PREFERRED (HIGHLY VALUED)
Experience in dental / skin / aesthetic clinic
Experience in reception, counselling, or sales roles
Understanding of treatments like smile design, aligners, whitening
TIMINGS
10 AM- 8 PM (Sunday off)
