Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing emotional support.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Provide general administrative support to the healthcare team.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to Manipal Hospitals' hygiene and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure clear and concise information exchange.
• Assist in the transportation and movement of patients within the hospital.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Physical ability to lift and move patients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
