Responsibilities:
• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples according to the protocols of Modern Diagnostic Centre.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies for testing.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of test results and maintain proper documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and patient care at Modern Diagnostic Centre.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pathology Lab Technician, preferably in a diagnostic center setting.
• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and using laboratory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and analyzing test results.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
