Patent and Trademark Attorney

Provides legal advice and representation to individuals and businesses seeking patent, trademark, or copyright protection.
- Evaluates evidence in infringement or dilution cases.
- Prepares and files briefs, motions, and other necessary judicial pleadings.
- Manages and/or participates in litigation of cases involving intellectual property disputes.
- Interviews and deposes witnesses and further facilitates the discovery process.
- Maintains knowledge of scientific, technological, and legal developments including completion continuing legal education.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
