In this role, you’ll manage inventory, process orders, and provide exceptional service to customers. You’ll ensure parts are accurately stocked, organized, and ready for use or sale while supporting internal teams and service departments.
What You’ll Do
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
Respond to customer inquiries on pricing and availability
Collaborate with internal teams and service departments to support operations
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of inventory planning concepts and procedures
Proficient in MS Excel for data tracking and analysis
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Education or experience in After-Sales Service / Parts is an asset
Physically able to stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs
