Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Driver with an Excellent attitude and personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of parts to various locations, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed.
Responsibilities
Safely operate delivery vehicles, including pickup trucks and vans, to transport parts to designated locations.
Load and unload parts, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Handle heavy lifting of parts and equipment as required.
Skills
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and reliability.
Excellent route driving knowledge with the ability to navigate efficiently.
Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks (up to 65 pounds).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
