Parts Advisor / Outside Sales Representative
NAPA Auto Parts – Innisfail, AB

NAPA Auto Parts Innisfail is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor / Outside Sales Representative.
This is much more than a traditional counter sales position. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and growing a business. If you like meeting people, working with automotive professionals, and making an impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service to retail and commercial customers.
Identify automotive parts and provide accurate recommendations.
Process orders in-store, over the phone, and through email.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial accounts.
Visit local repair shops, farms, fleets, industrial businesses, and other commercial customers.
Identify opportunities to grow sales and develop new business.
Deliver product knowledge and promote new products and programs.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities.
Work closely with the store team to ensure excellent service and timely deliveries.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Comfortable meeting new people and building long-term relationships.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Sales experience is an asset.
Automotive or parts knowledge is an asset—but we're willing to train the right person.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
