Position: Parts / Trade Supplier Apprentice β Harmony Auto BYD
Location: Lakeside Essex - RM20 3WE
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am β 6pm 1 hr lunch, Saturday 9am β 1pm (if do Saturday you have following Friday off) 40 hours per week
Apprenticeship Salary: App wage
Qualification: Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship
Duration: 15 Months (including EPA)

Weβre offering an exciting opportunity for someone starting their career, looking for a change, or leaving school to join our Parts Team as a Parts / Trade Supplier Apprentice.
Delivered in partnership with GTG Training, this structured programme will give you the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience to become a successful Parts Advisor in the EV sector.
π§ What Youβll Be Doing
As a Parts Apprentice, youβll be involved in all aspects of the department, including:
β’ Assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone
β’ Identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts
β’ Providing quotes and handling enquiries
β’ Processing orders, returns, invoices, and payments
β’ Supporting the workshop by preparing parts for repairs
β’ Working closely with service and workshop teams
β’ Carrying out stock checks and inventory control
β’ Building strong product knowledge in EV parts and systems

β’ Good attention to detail
