Job description

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and nurturing partnerships that align with our strategic objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and operational execution to maximize the value of each partnership.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with company goals and target markets.
Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, or brand expansion.
Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts in collaboration with legal and executive teams.
Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring performance targets are met and collaboration is effective.
Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and ROI.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal) to ensure seamless partnership execution.
