Job Description
Reports to Head of Private Wealth Directly
• Max Target Fixed Pay upto 80 Lakhs + Incentives
• Primarily an individual role with One RM and One Service RM reporting to this role
• Expected to Manage Minimum AUM 250 Crore 500 Crore of Total Relationship Value with bank
• Achieve Revenue, Acquire New to Bank Customers, Grow Asset Base
• In seniority role is equivalent to Zonal head of Consumer banking, Private banking business
• This role is instrumental in acquisition of HNI UHNI clients and building the relationship with the bank. They have to sell Investment Insurance other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income.
• They will manage very large families (Clients Relationship Value with Bank upwards of 5 Crore and manage around 40+ families
• Nurture and manage end to end customer relationship by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by Bank
• Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view
• Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores
• Acquire Customers through natural market, open market activities, references from Internal sources via existing branch and digital networks network
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• High relationship management orientation; ability to forge effective relationships
• Strong focus on service delivery
• Execution oriented, i.e. driven to achieve results
