A busy, high-volume restaurant on the Upper East Side is seeking a reliable and responsible weekend server to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for an experienced server who can handle pressure, stay organized, and deliver consistent service during peak shifts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
Excellent communication and guest-service skills
Team-oriented attitude
Availability for weekends (Friday–Sunday required)
Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional service during high-volume shifts
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
Maintain awareness of tables, timing, and guest needs
Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Follow service standards and house procedures
Assist with light cleaning and side work as needed
