About the Role
This is a waxing-focused position. The primary responsibility is delivering consistent, high-quality waxing services while building trust with clients and upholding spa standards.
Responsibilities
Perform professional waxing services following established protocols
Conduct client consultations and ensure comfort and safety
Deliver consistent service quality and professionalism
Maintain strict sanitation and treatment room standards
Accurately document client notes and rebooking recommendations
Uphold Mocha May Aesthetics’ brand standards and client experience
Qualifications
Valid New York State Esthetics License (required)
Strong attention to detail and service quality
Professional communication and client care skills
Willingness to receive feedback and coaching
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Compensation & Schedule
Starting pay: $17/hour
Paid training and shadow shifts
Part-time position to start
Friday and Saturday availability required
Daytime availability preferred
