Class 1 Shunt Driver / Parts Runner (Part-Time)
We are looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our team Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime available as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Shunting trucks and trailers within the city and customer yards
Moving trucks and trailers into shop bays for repairs
Picking up parts and delivering them to the shop as required
Assisting with keeping the shop clean and organized during downtime
Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence with Air Brake (Q) Endorsement
Current Driver's Abstract (must be provided)
Previous shunting experience is required
Strong knowledge of safe vehicle operation
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
