We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused individual to join our Showrooms team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to learn. While an interest in kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, and home improvement products would be beneficial, we are more interested in finding the right person with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to develop their knowledge across our showroom categories.
We have one position that is 16 hours per week and another that is 24 hours per week, with both roles including at least one weekend day.
About the Role
As a Showroom Service Assistant, you will support customers across our showrooms department, helping them find the right products and solutions for their projects. You'll be involved in all aspects of the department, from customer service and sales through to maintaining displays, handling stock, and supporting the wider team.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and always putting the customer first.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
The energy and flexibility to work in a busy retail environment.
A willingness to assist across all areas of the Showrooms department.
An interest in home improvement, kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, or interior products.
Previous retail sales and customer service experience.
You must be physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and moving of products, as heavy lifting is a requirement of the role.
