Key Responsibilities

Implement daily store operations according to SAS standards and philosophy.
Process weekly bank deposits.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers with their needs.
Assist customers in finding the right shoes by measuring their feet and offering product recommendations.
Develop knowledge of all SAS products, including handbags and shoe care items.
Operate point-of-sale computer systems efficiently.
Maintain enthusiasm for SAS products and demonstrate passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Meet scheduled work hours and deadlines.
Required Qualifications

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Maturity, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
Respectful and caring attitude towards coworkers and customers.
Demonstrated integrity, empathy, and respect for all employees and visitors.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 50 pounds (with assistance when needed).
Standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and movement.
Closer visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computers and preparing projects.
Frequent communication with customers and coworkers.
Able to travel when necessary.
Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
Retail experience is preferred but not required.
Work Schedule

Able to work day and night shifts, including weekends.
